Mingy Chung | Lead Volunteer

Meet Mingy. Mingy brings her love of art and compassion for children to Ziggy’s Art Bus. Each volunteer opportunity with Ziggy’s is so fulfilling for Mingy, knowing that a difference was made with each and every child. Mingy works at Mytech Partners as a Process Improvement & Reporting Analyst and is thrilled to have found a group of wonderful people with whom to volunteer.

Caillyn Costello | Lead Volunteer

Meet Caillyn. Caillyn brings her passion for the intersection of health, healing, and art to Ziggy’s Art Bus.  Caillyn is a registered nurse and currently studies in the University of Minnesota's Doctor of Nursing Practice Program with a specialty in Nurse-Midwifery. She has worked with children and families experiencing a variety of health conditions since the beginning of her nursing career.

Pat Whelpley | Lead Volunteer

Meet Pat. Pat brings her belief in “the great ability of art to heal” to Ziggy’s Art Bus. Pat’s background includes teaching blind and visually impaired children for three decades, volunteering at a hospice, and volunteering for an organization that creates art with homeless teenagers. Pat’s dedication to Ziggy’s is strengthened each time she witnesses how the children smile, laugh and enjoy the activities, as well as how they are able to have moments of relief from needles and treatments.

Delaney Wilton | Lead Volunteer

My favorite part of volunteering with Ziggy's is watching kids, who are often going through something very hard, just be regular kids. What Ziggy's brings to them is a space of acceptance and joy, and I love seeing them just get to be themselves for a while.

Meet Delaney. Delaney brings empathy and her passion for connecting with others to Ziggy's Art Bus. While in college, Delaney found a passion working with children while volunteering as a PreK educational assistant for immigrants starting school in the U.S. She also brought that passion to the healthcare field, and is currently a medical student at the University of Minnesota with the intention of becoming a pediatrician.
